GZ Metro Line 5.
Guangzhou Metro Line 5 opened on 28 Dec (Monday) at 14:00. There are24 stations from Wenchong to Jiaokou, with interchange stations to all the four existing lines in Guangzhou. Like Line 4, it will be powered by third rail electrification. Each train will have 6 cars, and there are totally 30 trains.
Line 5 Huanshi Line 環 市 綫
(Guangzhou Railway Station – Yangji section on Huanshi Road, giving rise to its name. After that section, the route will run parallel to Huangpu Blvd, one of the major roads in Guangzhou)

從 3 號 綫 珠 江 新 城 站 轉 乘 5 號 綫 到 文 沖 總 站 ， 全 車 爆 滿 ， 但 比 3 號 綫 那 種 三 卡 車 逼 爆 的 煉 獄 式 混 雜 率 總 算 好 得 多 。
列 車 上 估 算 大 約 有 一 半 是 專 程 來 試 乘 的 人 ， 通 勤 客 過 了 車 陂 南 站 後 差 不 多 全 部 已 經 下 車 。
可 能 是 使 用 直 線 電 機 的 影 響 ， 整 段 車 程 列 車 都 開 行 得 很 順 滑 ， 不 過 在 部 分 車 站 停 車 則 回 生 失 效 而 突 然 落 大 brake 。
第 一 次 運 作 ， 已 經 有 兩 個 車 站 壞 了 幕 門 ， 一 個 站 壞 了 扶 手 電 梯 ， 似 乎 仍 需 繼 續 執 漏 。
在 列 車 上 的 電 視 上 看 到 ， 這 次 建 設 需 要 處 理 達 3 種 不 同 地 質 ， 又 要 避 過 高 架 橋 及 電 綫 管 道 ， 難 度 十 分 高 ， 建 設 時 同 一 時 間 動 用 了 26 台 鑽 掘 機 。
總 體 而 言 旅 程 還 算 暢 順 ， 真 正 通 勤 考 驗 明 天 第 一 天 早 繁 營 運 才 知 道 。
